While working at a college in 1998, Johanna was snapped up by an events company who identified the talent within her. Over the next 8 years she gathered practical event experience while studying part-time, developing herself into a formidable event asset.

Along the route to joining FRESHLYMINCED, Jo freelanced at events, further honing her skill and measuring over 11 years' experience in the events industry working with some of SA's top blue chip companies.
